I am self taught and pride myself in explaining recipes in an easy to understand way.

How did I start my pasta journey?
I have always loved Italian food, pasta especially and have always sporadically made fresh pasta at home. Up until the end of 2023 I ran my own fashion business which never afforded me the time to spend long nights and weekends cooking, enter lockdowns! It is such a cliche but this really was born out being stuck at home and having time off at home for the first time....ever! I honed my skills through trial and error and other pasta chefs through books and instagram.
Why learn from me?
I just want to teach people how to make delicious simple (and sometimes not so simple) pasta dishes at home and I feel because I am self taught I can hopefully explain things in a way that is easy for a beginner to understand. Pasta can be intimidating but it really is so easy, how hard can flour and eggs really be?! If you don't want to make pasta from scratch, no problem! Grab your favourite store bought pasta and make one of my easy sauces.
