10 Minute  Creamy Tomato Pasta


Made with simple ingredients, this luscious and glossy sauce is perfect for busy weeknights.  Ready in the time it takes to boil your pasta.


Cream Parmesan Cheese Onion Tomato Paste Garlic Butter Black Pepper

Fry the diced onion in butter and olive oil until softened. Add the garlic and pepper.

Add the tomato paste and then the cream. Whisk into a smooth sauce.

Add the parmesan cheese in two or three seperate lots, letting it melt in between each addition.

Add your cooked pasta into the sauce with a splash of pasta water. Let the pasta bubble away gently in the sauce for 1 - 2 minutes. This helps the sauce thicken and coat the pasta.

Serve with extra parmesan cheese and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
